Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep SelloWise safe, useful, and legal. If you break the rules below, we may suspend or permanently delete your account — with no refund — and, for illegal activity, cooperate with the proper authorities.

1. No illegal content

You may not use SelloWise to create, distribute, or promote content that:

• Commits or facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, or financial deception.
• Harasses, threatens, stalks, or doxxes anyone.
• Defames a person or organisation with knowingly false claims.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination against a protected group.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other IP rights.
• Involves human trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
• Violates export controls, sanctions, or other applicable laws.

2. No sexual or explicit content

SelloWise is a B2B sales tool. Sexual, pornographic, or otherwise explicit content is not allowed — including in text, prompts, or any image generation. This is a strict rule; violations lead to immediate suspension.

3. No impersonation

Do not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a company, employer, or client.

4. No spam or abuse of the platform

• No bulk, automated, or generic posting using our output.
• No scraping, probing, or reverse engineering of the service.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits or overwhelm our systems.
• No sharing of account credentials.

5. AI output is not professional advice

SelloWise's AI output is a starting point, not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. You must not present it as such to your buyers or the public in ways that could mislead them or cause harm.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may:

• Warn you and require you to remove content or change behaviour.
• Suspend your account while we investigate.
• Permanently delete your account with no refund.
• Preserve and hand over records to law enforcement when required by law.
