These terms are a legal agreement between you and Shape Your Brand LLC, a Florida (US) limited liability company that operates SelloWise. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use SelloWise for a company, you agree on that company's behalf.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One person per account. Team plans are separate.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- New accounts start with a 14-day Pro trial.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until you cancel from Settings.
- You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of your paid period.
- Prices exclude taxes. Where required by law, tax is added at checkout.
- No refunds for partial periods, unused time, or accounts suspended for violating these terms. See our Refunds page for the full policy.
3. Acceptable use
Full details live on our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use SelloWise for:
- Illegal content — fraud, scams, harassment, defamation, threats, doxxing, hate speech, incitement to violence, IP infringement, trafficking, exploitation of minors, or content that violates any applicable law.
- Sexual or explicit content of any kind, including AI-generated imagery or text.
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of who you are or who you work for.
- Spam, bulk automation, scraping, probing, or reverse engineering the service.
- Misuse of AI output as unlicensed legal, medical, or financial advice.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, account suspension, or permanent deletion with no refund. For illegal activity we will preserve relevant records and cooperate with the proper authorities, including handing over account and content data in response to lawful requests.
5. Your content
You own what you put into SelloWise and what SelloWise generates for you. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service for you. You are solely responsible for what you publish externally.
6. AI output — read before you post
SelloWise's own agent system routes requests to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, FireCrawl) to produce the best result for each task. AI can still hallucinate, produce inaccurate claims, or generate copy that isn't right for your situation.
Our memory system is built to reduce hallucinations by grounding output in your own voice and facts — but it cannot eliminate them. You must review every AI output for accuracy before publishing it. We are not liable for what you choose to post, and we are not responsible for suggestions produced by third-party AI providers we route to.
7. Third-party platforms
SelloWise helps you write for LinkedIn and X. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or X Corp. You are responsible for following their terms when you post.
8. Beta & service changes
SelloWise is actively evolving. We may add, change, or remove features and adjust plan limits. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce what you get.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shape Your Brand LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Shape Your Brand LLC against claims arising from content you publish using SelloWise, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk for us or other users.
13. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing anything, email legal@shapeyourbrand.com so we can try to resolve it. Otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
14. Changes to these terms
We'll update this page as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
